Most orders go out in 2-3 days. Special orders and group orders will take longer. Handwriting items will also take longer. If you are in a hurry, please let us know. We understand that jewelry emergencies do happen!
We ship only in the US at this time. We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for our shipping. (Please contact us if you need to use a different carrier.) Postal insurance is purchased when needed. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order ships (check your junk mail!). If your package goes MIA, please contact us so we can figure out our next step. If the tracking shows the package was delivered to you but you haven’t received it, here is what you need to do: Go to your local post office with your tracking number. Ask for a supervisor. The supervisor can look up the exact GPS coordinates for where your package was scanned the last time. If the address they show is different than yours, you will need to fill out a form that allows the USPS to retrieve your package from where it was delivered and then deliver it to you. This is something that must be done at the post office that serves your address.
Do you ship internationally?
No. The increasing cost of shipping along with all the red tape that is different from country to country has made it so we no longer ship internationally.
